For inquiries submitted from Monday to Thursday, expect a response within 24-48 hours. If you submit a form on Friday-Sunday, our reply will be sent on the following business day

Once we've reviewed your form and you're ready to proceed, we will send your customized proposal. To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit all events. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. For Payments regarding the our space please reference your contract for your down payment portion. We offer payment options through Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle and credit cards for your convenience. All cash payments are by appointment and can be dropped off directly at THEME
