THEME Event Center Policies

Booking & Retainers

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the retainer and signed agreement have been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due prior to your event date as outlined in your contract. Events with unpaid balances may be subject to cancellation.

Payment Options

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, and flexible financing through Afterpay and Affirm.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be approved by THEME Event Center. Additional fees may apply.

Guest Count

Final guest count must be submitted by the deadline listed in your agreement. Changes after this deadline may not be accommodated.

Event Access

Venue access, setup, and cleanup times are limited to the hours reserved. Additional time may be available for an additional fee.

Damages

The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the event. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Outside Vendors

Outside vendors are welcome unless otherwise noted. All vendors must comply with venue policies and carry any required licenses or insurance.
